What a lovely day it is today, the sun is shining, England beat Australia at Cricket =, but most of all today I picked and ate the first apple of the year. Discovery, a little underripe, but sun warmed and delicious!

Excellent to hear, Eric. These little delights are what we all hunger after I believe. I look forward to an opportunity to feel like that.

Eric Glad you had such a lovely day. Every morning I wake I always think it is good to be alive, even more if the sun is shining. Then again if it is raining I think..oh good no need to water plants today..In other words every day is a bonus.
