My standard hibiscus is looking so good this year, I thought I would post a photo :D

beautiful i have a shrub hibiscus but is not yet flowered of on Holiday tomorrow will properly flower when i am away

Thanks for the nice comments :)  I'm afraid I don't know the variety Juliet, I have had it for quite a few years now.  All I can say is that it is the pure white one with the red centre.  It will go on flowering right through to well into Autumn.

Had a look at the RHS plant selector & from the picture & your description it sounds as though it might be Hibiscus syriacus red heart.  Very pretty, anyway.  I wanted a white hibiscus when I planted the garden here & was persuaded it wouldn't be suitable for me/my garden (can't remember why now) - it's on the list for my next garden though!
