What is the best cabbage to plant for winter.

I think there is one that you can plant now, it's called Greyhound, harvests round about June.

my greyhound harvests about now :( - i did sow and plant this spring. now doing another batch ready to go out in august which i expect to be ready just around about xmas and after
they really do grow very fast.

is this a fast variety then?
