Allotments 4 All

Hi, a typical newbie question but then I am a newbie  ???  What is the  best way to store my Shallot crop? I've got quite a bumper harvest and I'd like them to last as long as possible. I don't want to leave them in the ground as my plot isn't too large and I'd like to use the shallot plot for another crop. Thanks in advance...Dinger

No wonder it got lost!!

...but surely from the same family ( Alliums?)
