 planted some "bere meal"  last spring, now the golden hair have to be chop,chop. Let them have bread did she say.today its harvest day,bastille day,what a coincidence.

how big is your farm, LF? and how much wheat do you grow for what amount of flour at the end?

What she actually said though was 'laissez-les manger la brioche' which means let them eat brioche.  Although strictly a bread, it is sweet so it became 'let them eat cake'
