I slightly neglected my greenhouse plants - and only checked on them yesterday - they were wilting so I watered them. This morning, I called in to see them and asked if they were feeling better. Then, it appears that I kissed one of the leaves.....

The green van is on its way for you!!! I expect it'll be quite full though as I bet most of us are as bad - I was pinching sideshoots of tomato plants and saying sorry to them the other day ::)  ::).

I talk to insects ('hello Mr. Bee' etc) and appologise if I go into the garden and scare off a bird............that probably makes me almost as bad :-\

When you feed them, will you be putting their bibs on + playing choo choo trains? ::)

Do you remember many years ago when it was headline news in the papers when it was discovered that Prince Charles talked to his plants?

At least its only headline news on A4All when you tenderly kiss yours....lol  ;D  ;D

Mind you, ive got to admit, it easily happens  :-[  ;D

BAGGY

Does anyone else say "Grow well little seeds" when they plan stuff ?  I reprimanded my niece coz she hadn't talked to the carrot seeds she planted and I made her go back and order them to grow well.
Get with the beat Baggy

Juliet

No, but I tend to say "well done, little seeds" when they start coming up ...

dibberxxx

i find u have to be really gentle with them and if u use a sexy voice they grow even bigger and better  ;) ;) ;) ;)

Mrs Ava

I always welcome new seedlings to the world, and always wish them well when they are planted out.  Then I shout at them when the wilt, or bolt, but congratulate them when they flower correctly or crop well.  Madness runs in our family though....on all sides!  :o :P :-\ ;D ;D ;D ;D

wardy

I was talking to a frog (or toad) in my garden the other which had a massive slug about to crawl on its head.  The frog sat there passively nose to nose with a flippin slug, so I told it off for not devouring it immediately  ;D   I talk to birds and the bats  ;D
I came, I saw, I composted
