COMPOST BINS - the 700l ones.

I put the Council ad on the board recently.  Now we have them -  in place of the sleeper bins that I put in 45 years ago & were starting to get a bit untidy.

looking good there, Tim.

i'm guessing to get the compost out, the corners 'hinge'? or?

what i would give for 3 compost bins....or even the space for three!

tim

Yes - you pull up the 'pin' that anchors any 'corner', as far as you want, allowing 2 or 3 'flaps' to open up.

Very tidy Tim....they put my pallet made ones to shame!

Tim,

I've seen that design before but haven't tried it.

How easy is it to replace the pin(s) if you have only part used the contents?

Your guess is as good as mine, Phil!!

Tidy. Are they from your council? How much? We bought the Dalek type offf Barnsley council for a tenner.

They do look smart!

My council only do the dalek type. WHich I've heard are rubbish.

I finally ordered my waterbutt yesterday, though!
gone to pot :D

derbex

I've got a Rotol -which I think is the Dalek type- works well.

They are so much better than our dalek type ones, ours are an eye sore but I guess I'll just have to put up with them now.
