Feeding garlic

Have given the garlic a feed with BFB and now have 3 questions:
1) I raked it into wet soil - does that still mean if it doesn't rain within 24 hours, that I have to water it in?
2) Will it solve the slight yellowing of the leaves - or do I have to do something else about that?
3) How often should I be feeding them?

I think you've said it all, except possibly not to worry about the slight yellowing - it just seems to happen and then they green up again
