Seedlings leggy

just been to check on the greenhouse, my seedlings of cucumber, melon, tomatoes, cabbage and cauliflower are all twice as long as they were yesterday, is it too much heat, not enough light or a combination of both? They germinated alright. They are grown in a lean to greenhouse with one side taken up by the shed.

READ BACK!!

What heat?? AS SOON AS they break soil, they should be in no more than 50-60F for growing on. 

Light? As near the roof & front as poss - and see my reflectors - they DO help.

If they are really leggy, prick them out, or pot them up - DEEPLY.

thanks for the reply

heat is paraffin, the temp the other day was 70 so turned heater off, didnt check yesterday do to all the rain.

will pot them up later today.
