On moving to a new house I found in the garden a tub of daff bulbs and lily of the valley . They were all overcrowded so in the autumn I repotted them into 3 different pots. All the daff bulbs have come up without flowering so does this mean that they will no longer be viable. Silly question but MOH reckons they are "blind" so just want to check what I can do with them, if anything.

If they haven't died back fully feed them with a high potash  or balanced fertiliser and this will ripen the bulbs for next year.

If they have died fully back It is pretty much a waste of time to feed them as they have no way of taking up the fertiliser.

So just lift, them allow them to dry, then store in a cool dark spot till October then replant them again.
