CAN I STILL HARVEST MY WILD GARLIC?

My wild garlic has lovely healthy looking leaves but it's now producing flower stems. Can I cut the leaves while it's in flower? Is there a time when I should stop harvesting?

its very near the end of its season when it comes into flower
you may be a king or a little street sweeper but sooner or later you dance with de reaper.
