Three Achocha plants are completely covering the side of my greenhouse.
They must be one of the quickest-growing plants, I love them!

How do use this vegetable? I have never heard of it but it does look good and healthy. Are the seeds easy to purchase?

It is nice chopped up and used as part of a stir-fry and there
are hundreds on the plant!
If I save any seeds this year you could have some.

Thanks for the offer of seeds Squash  :happy7: I would be interested if you have any spares. BTW how many plants are growing over your greenhouse?

Hopefully I will be able to save seeds ...... if I remember!

There are three plants.  I put sticks for them to start climbing up and a bit of net
on the greenhouse but once they get going they look after themselves and don't
need fastening on.
