my swedes

Well for three years in a row Ive tried to grow swedes they got no bigger than a tennis ball Aim looking for a football size ,well this year its happened I change the seed Marian to Bora  what a difference this was my last time trying to grow them ,I also think the no manure in the soil were they were, may have been a help I used chicken pellets and compost ? Happy days

We've had some great ones this year, marion seed and grown in modules. The turnips and kohl rabi have been godd, too :-)
