Lovely day

I was walking the dogs in a local woodland and walking across the path only 50 metres in front of us ambled a Roe deer and her large fawn. What a lovely sight.....mum looked straight at us and just walked on slowly.

It was a surprise as this was 11.30 am, it was a beautiful day with the sun peeking through the canopy . Boy that really lifted my spirits, and I finished my walk with a silly grin on my face

That was one of my lovely days

Lovely to see the wildlife. 

You may not be quite so happy when the deer start nibbling your crops or just sitting on them.  They have a particular appetite for strawberry leaves and PSB.

We cycled through Tatton Park today & there were deer near the road & you could see the velvety antlers. I did nearly fall off though, I was so taken by the beauty of them.
