Scotch Bonnet - growing at last

I sowed them at the beginning of January and it's only in the past month
that they have shown much growth.  Some of them are much bigger than
others, no idea why. 
Maybe it isn't worth sowing so early?  I should have sown another batch
in March to compare them.

My Naga's have barely moved - I have one on the window sill and a couple in the little poly.  The others are growing slowly but the nagas seem to need a lot of heat or something I am not giving them - I cant see them ever flowering at this rate..
Moved to Portugal - ain't going back!

Here's a picture of my naga chilli plants. Still too cold for them to go in the greenhouse I think.

They look really good, and much bigger than my nagas.

Where have you got them, in the house?  Mine are all in a cold greenhouse
and are growing, but still very slowly.  When did you sow the seeds?

Hi Squash64 I sowed the seeds 22nd January they stayed on a windowsill. I seperated some form the tub end of april and put them in a unheated greenhouse. The picture below show's the one's in the greenhouse which are bit smaller.
