Hi Debs. Mine is this one - http://www.amazon.co.uk/Imperia-Italian-Double-Cutter-Machine/dp/B0001IXA0I

I didn't get all the fancy bits as using a pastry cutter you can make ravioli if you feel the need and the basic kit is fine for lasagne, spaghetti or tagliatelle. I generally cut the sheet into triangles or make tagliatelle. We found that the pasta is so much nicer than any other that stuffing it is rather gilding the lilly so just do basic pasta served with a little olive oil or pesto or a basic tomato sauce. Mmmmmmmm.

Hi Debs, I 2nd Ollies recommendation I bought 5 of them for my cookery school and they have been working brilliantly (got them from here too)

Did try a cheaper model last year, only lasted 1 session, was rubbish, was replaced and the replacement lasted 2 sessions  :BangHead:

Imperia's have been great  :icon_cheers:

Yes thats the one i have :) But i have been told that some food processors have got pasta attachments so maybe its something you can investigate if you have a food processor which you can get attachments for?

Thanks for the replies everyone :happy7:

I think I shall go for the Imperia -am I right in thinking that the spaghetti attachment needs to be bought separately?

It comes with one although the spaghetti is rectangular instead of round. See the bit on the picture at the back? It has both tag and spag cutters. The instructions are terrible by the way. Roughly "to use pasta machine, take out of box and use".
