I grew bright lights but wasn't struck on the taste.  I steamed em simply just to see what they were like.  Perhaps stir fried with some garlic and stuff might help.  I've got some seed left from last year.  They are very pretty on the plot aren't they  ;D    good pic by the way

I like the flavour and find the very young leaves and stems tender and sweet.  The huge leaves have a more earthy 'green' taste, but I do so love 'greens' that I could eat them at every meal!  ;D
