Hi from New Zealand!

Just popping in while I have some time left on a campsite internet. Having a fantastic time in New Zealand.After a week of blue skies and sunshine it has now started pouring down- quite like the UK when we left! Managed to fit in the Franz Josef glacier and Milford Sound and some lovely walks so far. Heading down to the Catlins today then back up the East coast to Christchurch to fly to Auckland for a whizz round the North Island. Plantlife here is amazing! Happy gardening everyone, can't wait to catch up when I get back!

Home again today! Had a brilliant time although the weather got gradually worse towards the end. Doesn't sound as if I've missed much gardening weather here!

Thought I'd replied to this yesterday, but guess my brain wasn't working very well! We saw one kea in a tree on the road to Milford Sound. I hadn't realised how big they are!
