fleece  how long can i leave fleece on plants iam  not only running out of room but have to many plants to carry in and out to harden them off i was planning to plant up my pots  baskets etc and cover with fleece and remove it for longer periods of time  would that work ?

Months.... it is done to protect some crops from insect pests...  :)

We leave the fleece on the carrot and parsnip beds from when we first sow until we harvest  :)
