A yoghurt maker? Do they make runny yoghurt or is it thick like greek yoghurt? And if it makes runny stuff.....how would you make a thicker one? ???

You can add a tablespoon or two of dried milk powder eg Marvel to make it thicker.
And you should use full fat milk for a thicker yogurt.
You should always sieve your yogurt once made for a thick Greek Style yoghurt.
