I have had areally good crop of elephant garlic and have enough to provide my own seed from them. I also some left from what we lifted last year and they are still very firm.I was thinking of planting these in a corner to see if they are still viable. Has anyone else done this?
When I get old I don't want people thinking
"What a sweet little old lady"........
                             I want em saying
"Oh Crap! Whats she up to now ?"

October, but you can probably plant them any time now. I think they'll just sit in the ground till they're ready.
