blueberry bush

whats happened to my blueberry bush it had lots of blossom then small berries and today it looks like its just gone.  Leaves have all withered funny thing had two one either side of the greenhouse door and other one still doing ok.  Bush is was 5 year old so that shouldn't be the problem.  Any idea's

Are they in containers? If yes it could be vine weevil damage.....Just a thought.

If it hasn't caught a wiff of someones weed spray I'd have a look at the roots ::)
