Freezing

Does anyone know if you can freeze cooked gammon? I had a party on Sunday & have quite a bit left over & am going away for a week tomorrow so need to something with it if possible.

we do, we cook a gammon, slice up and freeze for sandwiches  :)

So have I. So long as you don't re-freeze it it's fine.
