Seeking help - allotments in Pudsey/Leeds/Bradford?

Hello all,

I've been a member and avid reader of the site for some time, but this is my first posting, so hope it's in the right place!

Just wondering if anyone would be kind enough to help me. I've been a passionate gardener and grower for most of my life, and for the last ten years have gardened on a small plot of (former) waste land close to my house in Pudsey which I don't actually own, and which could be taken away from me at any time. 

I'm now desperate to find a new allotment/space not too far from home - I just wondered if there might be anyone out there who was looking for an allotment share, or who knows of any bit of space going spare anywhere?

I'd be most grateful for any advice.

If you know where the local sites are, or can find out from the council, why not take a wander around (probably weekends are best) and chat to the plotholders- they may be able to give you some advice.
