Just tried to download some photos, re additional options, and it doesn't seem to work.  I did pay my money, do I have to pay again or whatever.  How do I check this please.

Click on Profile then Paid Subscriptions and you'll see if it's current or expired.

Thanks Flighty, sorted it, the subscription had run out, that year went too quickly.
