But no, I doubt that Gordon is a bully.  Bullys are inadequate people who get a thrill from control.  I imagine that Gordon is rude, overbearing, and aggressive, none of which is very attractive, but that doesn't make him a bully.

It's a fun story for the red-tops, but what bothers me is that his government is rubbish, and I see no better alternative.

I agree with unwashed, i also think that we do not have a good choice between any of the main parties, i now am suspect and do not trust anything any of them say anymore, maybe in 50 years we will look back and say "do you remember when our political system nearly collapsed due to the apathy caused by the ineffectual political parties"  :(
