Hiya.. im going to start a neverending seed swap????

Anyone interested??? ill send a pack of stuff, ive got lots nearing its end date and ill add some envelopes and stamps and keep it going, round and round??? in the meantime if anyone would like anything specific we can pm and post onto whoever wants something?? would be interesting... the cost of seed is so blimming expensive at the mo and im up for helping anyone out, we can add seeds and stamps everytime it stops off incase anyone needs anything asap? my seeds are just wasted here on the shelf and need good homes!! many thanks xxx

Ooooh I PROMISED myself I would not join anothe seed swap ;))))  How are you going to organise the stamps etc.  Most of the swaps I have been in the postage is approx £1.50 - £2.00

Well ill send it with a few spare and envelopes (incase anyone wasnt anything desperatley while you have it) but it should cost you about £2.50 max to send onto the next person, and whilst its in your care you are responsible for it, ie friends to exchange and whoever might need something

Sorry didnt explain myself i was hoiping the posatge wouldnt be more than £2.50 and i wanted people just to add a couple of postage stamps to ci=ver send outs whilst they had the parcel too :-)

You shouldn't need to put extra stamps in, once your package gets to it's next person they would pay the postage to send it out again.

You need to enclose a list of folks who it is going to. It will eventually come to an end, either by loss  in which case it is finished,or lack of interest, in that case ir needs to be delegated to a last sender, either yourself or to a charity that needs seeds.

Never ending means you have to keep adding names to a list which means you have to be ready to contact the person who has it so they can update it. This could get complicated.

I have done seeds swaps that I didn't need seeds back from as well as the usual ones. If I don't want them back I make the last name on the list someone who can pass them on to a charity.

I have been continuously adding names to the list on my swap.  I pm each person to tell them the next name and address on the list.  Seems to work ok.  Thought it had got lost several times but it is still going.  Looking forward to getting it back soon to see what goodies are left for me.
