How about the Catholic Church, I'm surprised they're not right at the top somewhere.  There's the child-molesting clergy, the nazi collaboration, the no-johnnies policy in AIDS-infested Africa, Mother Therasa's abuse of the calcutta poor, opposition to abortion and women's rights, and they do have something of a history for war and persecution.  But their whole give-us-your-money-and-do-as-we-tell-you-or-in-ye-fire-ye-goeth business plan has got to put them at #1 in the unethical ranking, surely.  It's not by accident that they're the richest organisation on the planet.
