I must be going soft........my 16 yr old daughter has just persuaded me to take her to a midnight screening of the film 'New Moon', the latest in the Twilight series which they are doing a special screening of as soon as they are allowed to after the premiere that was shown tonight in London. Should be fun! Perhaps I should dress for the part in a black Gothic number...... ::) 8) ;D
If it's not pouring with rain, I'm either in the garden or at the lottie! Probably still there in the rain as well TBH....🥴

we're going tuesday  ;D
been talked into the books, now the films , are you an Edward fan or a Jacob fan?
I want edward for when I get my hot flushes and jacob for when it's cold  ;D ;D

I was a bit surprised, I really enjoyed the film. I only saw the first one last week when it was on Skymovies, and it kept very close to the book. This one has a lot more action in it, but it was refreshing to watch a film that didn't have any overt sex (a brief snog and lots of sexual tension was about as close as it got!) and was quite old fashioned in a romantic way. The audience wailed when it ended!

My daughter loved it, the cinema was packed! Mostly female as course, but a good smattering of groups of lads as well, quite noisy but it made for a good atmosphere.

As for the clans, after watching Jacob run around with his shirt off for two hours I thought he was quite endearing for a dog.......... ;D sad he had to cut his hair though! Prefer the more aloof icy charm of Edward myself... ;D ;)
