Hi is it possible to put a light scattering of the stuff on my plot now that has not rotted and let the weather and worms pull it down?

use it in your compost heap, it's great for establishing 'hot beds' in the spring.

Yeah hi new to allotment life been growing stuff in my beds in the garden now have a allotment !

just in middle of building my compost heap need some more scaffold boards

stuff I am adding is seaweed pigeon poo leaves grass cutting kitchen waste horse manure dry matter shredded paper card etc !!

hopefully this will all rot down and provide me with some good compost next year well thats the plan!!

we're doing the same as you and will be growing a squash plant on our compost heap next year  ;D

If you add the pigeon poo now, a lot of the goodness will leach out before spring. You'd do better to add it to the compost.
