Imminent Lobster..... Help!

Working in the boat yard OH is sometimes given fish by the local fisermen.  Last time it was a load of skate wings and I knew what to do with them.  He has just phoned to say he has a cooked lobster to bring home today and I have no idea what to do or how to deal with it.  Any advice would be fab  ???

Actually we have - lobster not so imminent OH has been called to take the lifeboat down to Poole this eve so another evening on me own, he had exercise sun, shout last night and another exercise tomorrow - beans on toast it is then!  >:(

Time to google a couple of good recipes then, if nobody can help...  :-X
