Postage-only offer in yesterday's Guardian. Half the price of T&M offer in an email today.
I know it's not cheap if you grow them from seed but not bad otherwise.
Can't find an online link, I'm afraid.
Apparently there's an offer for 200 spring bulbs in the Observer today as well.

I went for the bulk (144+36) from T+M with the money they returned for the failed Sweet potato slips...  :)

I bought some very cheap plug plants last summer, and they were basically seedlings, which still even needed thinning out, and repotting once or twice before planting out.

That's okay if you expect tiny seedlings. But I think plug plants should be small plants.

I expect these would be the same - you might feel they're still worth it, to skip the sowing stage. It is very cheap after all.
