my aquilegia opened

been waiting for this, it's my favourite  ;D

I love these too.  Mine are blue and white. A plant given to me.  Will the seeds if sown produce the same colour flowers?

not sure, tomatoada, this one, I bought ages ago, never get any seed from it  ???
the others I grew from seeds last year, maybe georgie can help, she grows lots  ;D

I think I'm right in saying that Aquilegia plants will cross so it rather depends on whether you/your neighbours are growing other types.  But it's worth a try - it'll only cost you a little bit of compost after all.   :)

Georgie, was you who asked me if I wanted some Aquilegia seeds? i can't find the right thread!
Anyway if it was you thank you for the offer I have some seeds so I'll see what turns up by chance from those.

It might have been, Kea, I did start an Aqui thread a while back.  Good luck with your seeds and remember you can always give me a shout if you need any more.   :)
