Tim was it you that mentioned Delias aubergine pickle?? If so is it the one she calls Giardiniere Pickles or another one? Thanks

No - it was Mamta's. Really great. Delia's was her sweet cu one. To which I add red pepper for colour. Equally great! = Tim
