Yes was reading somewhere that actually its better to rush to get the maincrop in, even ahead of the earlies, in an effort to get a decent crop before the late blight.

That said, Metcheck are forecasting lows of between 0 and 2 degrees C for us in Surrey over the next week.

Is tomato growing an illness?-I`m OK with high BP ,Cholesterol and Diabetes -but I do get worried when frost gets near

I love plums, damsons and greengages and the frost stopped mine dead last year.
