Well it looks like they are at the vets!! The dog is scared and doesn't want to see the Vet.The dog has been dragged in to see the Vet  by the lead but hangs on to the door frame with owner/vet pulling the lead from inside!!

A couple of years ago we had a litter of terrier pups down to the vets to stick needles in them ( the pups, not the vets :) ). The pup on my knee eyeballed a Rhodesian Ridgeback and was growling at it, the poor Ridgeback obviously did not want to be there. On the way into the surgery, the woman with the Ridgeback had to drag it in with the dog in a sitting position, on the way out, she was dragged across the waiting room with her dog in full flight. (coming through :) ). Vets may be expensive, but the entertainment is priceless.

Obviously hanging around at the vet's (with no pet!) must be the thing to do when you're feeling a bit down in the dumps!

A NZ children's author must have had this experience she wrote a book about the subject.

Her books are brilliant by the way particularly for reading aloud to your younger children, I think both my son's are good readers (not common in boys now) because of these books.
