Says in TV times that Joe Swift is showing ups and downs of his allotment tonight.  If he shows the party bit, I am the 'lady' in the funny hat, black top, brown back, clapping and smiling when I DID NOT win the veggie competition. His allotment is on the same site as mine, backing on to Enfield Playing Fields. I know most of the people up there and there are a friendly bunch.

I think I saw you! Guessed from last wek's programme that it would just be all the bits from theearlier ones put together, so wasn't expecting much, but still enjoyed watching it again.

OK froglegs, so you didn't like it.  Much better than the usual rubbish, at least he doesn't swear all the time ie Gordan Ramsay, and even Jamie Oliver, although I do like him.  Jonathan Ross is coming back, hurray, I can't wait!!!!, I would rather have some one with some talent, hate sport but like people like Phil Tuffnil on question of sport.  Can't stand Ant and Dec and I'm a celebrity, what celebrity.  Enjoy Dragons Den and silent millionaire.  Getting off the point but would rather see gardeners, sports people, than some of the people BBC or ITV drag up and pay loads and loads of money to, and we all have to think how funny/clever they are.  Joe is hard working, has a lovely wife and two lovely children so it may not have been the best programme ever, but I was on it in the background so you can just shut up.

I'm sure you'd think differently if it was your one and only appearence on national TV. :o

(As for me, having looked at the schedule, Nicholas Lindhurst rated more highly than Joe Swift.)

Just watched Fridays GW not a bad program,nice to see Joe rewarding his staff for all the hard work they put in on HIS allotment. ::)

I quite enjoyed it too, although I could have done without Sarah Raven's bit. How am I going to manage without a "runner" taking up half the space on my Christmas dinner table?

Froglegs

Your not having a runner :o :o  ::)  ;D

Susiebelle

Do ya not think it's a bit late to be making a "runner" now - she should have told us how to make em weeks ago ;D ;D
