WOW!!!  Tim, they're lovely. So mucxh better than the huge ones about a metre long.  Yours are just right for one per person per meal  :P :P :P :P  I hope they're as tasty as they look  ??? ??? ???

Like in so many areas, Duke, I'm not the outdoor guru. This year it was a question of belt & braces!

I planted Mini White's on a well prepared bed & they all died. So I followed them with Dobies' Green Fingers. Until a week or so ago they sulked. Now one of them has taken off. I started to train them up netting - wish I had persevered. Or up stakes - easier to get at.

They are quite a bit smaller than our greenhouse staple - Passandra - but are very tasty. I shall certainly grow them again.
