My Purple Sprouting Broccoli is a right mess thanks to one cute little rabbit...but I think may be salvagable. So I,m thinking of transplanting all of them (about ten plants) to another bed with some high chicken wire fence around it .   BUT   Am I too late to be transplanting them ?

I have just read on another site that PSB can live and produce for 7 years if not left to go to seed ! I thought I,d share this bit of info ...but still dont know if I can transplant .

I transplanted mine about 3 weeks ago as large plants when space was available, they will wilt and sulk but recover in the end, keep them well watered and try to transplant on a dull day or evening.

I have just popped in whilst it is raining from my veg plot . I have rigged up a new PSBSafe zone with chickenwire and I am ready to begin transplanting .
Thanks for the replies !    :)   I will take all your advice ,plant deep....and no worries about puddling in today ,squally showers.....sunny and very humid inbetween them .  I,m glad you warned me about them passing out !
