Brilliant! I love Jamie. I actually went to his restuarant a few weeks back and had an amazing time, it was wonderful, and the bread and dipping oils served as you as seated, just perfect  :P

And metal braced, so that they don't flop around. Microwave safe.

I had also considered them but baulked at the cost....so worth it? Perhaps will have a try, I love Lakeland but always spend too much..... :-\

I agree that flex-moulds are really good. I have a muffin one and it works really well.

...and do they stay cleaner - I find I have to scrub muffin tins and bread tins after using (but may be I'm just a useless cook?) ;D   I like browsing and buying in Lakeland too.......I feel another stroll coming on ;D

i recently picked up the silcon donut tray from lakeland half price in the sale. Was going to try delias fat less sponge recipe in the moulds to see how they get on.

Recipe? Yes - but it's on line at Rosemary & Raisin Bread. I put less Raisins in to make it more multi--purpose.

Tesco? Not our country one. Pity!

I regularly make bread.  What is a flex mould?  Also, just wanted to say to Tim that I have had my bread tins for years.  Once when I went on a visit to the headquarters of a local and very good bakers I noticed their bread tins were all ancient too. And, I don't believe they get washed. In mine I grease them and then sprinkle with flour and "shake it all about".
Afterwards I wipe them.   My grandson gave me an order for big fluffy baps last week. I used Vit C but they were still not as fluffy as I'd like.
I'd like to have a go with flour improver if I knew where to buy it but it sort of beats the principle really.
