good garlic info!

Hey I stumbled onto this website, that is intended for small scale farmers (so lots of fiddly scientific info too) but it gives really interesting info on how garlic bulbs form, what temperatures make them bulb, how to tell when they are ready etc.
I think it will help me to get better garlic next year as I can already see that my soil was not rich enough and that I should have weeded more carefully perhaps.

interesting info.so your strain gets better as it aclimatises to your soil type,fussy little bleeders i just made a hole and bunged them in !!!take more care later in the year gonna set up a dedicated area ,start pilng on the comfrey mulch now
If it ain't broke don't fix it !!
