Help with Aubergine!

I grew a couple of Aubergine plants last year in the greenhouse and although they formed flowers - no fruit! The flowers just fell off :-\

Never one to be beaten, I have tried again this year. All is going well, at the moment (no flowers yet but its still alive!!  ;D ) but not sure if I'm supposed to nip the tip off the plant or do anything else to it?
Some advice would be gratefully received!!
