Oh deep joy. Yesterday I starting sowing again(toms etc  to put in propagators))-and I managed to halfwalk/half hobble up to see my garden again. Actually it didn`t look too bad. It might be a couple more weeks before I dare start light digging but I`m back ;D ;D
