Heuchera from seed

Any tips please? I sowed some 3 weeks ago in the warm but no show yet.

I did this a couple of years ago, caroline..can't remember if the seeds were small..if they were, they were either not covered at all or just a layer of vermiculite, also, the potting compost would've been lightened with some vermiculite as well..
got quite a lot, souix falls, I think they were, plus, the pot would've been in a plastic bag, tied at the top, hope this helps  :)

I did much the same, except they were in a heated prop to start with- thought that might be too hot so they are now in an unheated one. Will wait a bit lobger and see what happens!
