I watched La Vie En Rose a few night ago http://www.edithpiafmovie.com/ what a film! Marion Cotillard truly deserved the oscar!

How could I forget.....Gerard Depardieu is one of my favourite actors...I still need the subtitles though.. :-[

36 Quai des Orfèvres...brilliant, dark, competitive cops gone bad film

The return of Martin Guerre...classic, miles better than the later remake.

"If wisdom grew on trees you'd be a bush"

Oh! so many quotes from that film

I see some films are coming up time and time again, don't watch many films more than once, but there's a few that I do -

Bladerunner (Seem to see something different each time I watch it)
Butch Cassidy & Sundance kid (for fun)
Witness (If only for the scene where Harrison Ford watches the Amish woman played by Kelly McGillis wash in the sink, breathtaking!)

and, again and again and again  ;D
Groundhog Day (this has got to be one of the best love stories and moral tales in existence)

twinkletoes

Just about any Jack Lemmon film
Singing In The Rain
Sound of Music
Some Like It Hot
Hobsons Choice
Biggest Favourite Ever:  The Italian Job (original version)

Not very good at watching films - short interest span - have to get up and do something........
