A heavy shower this morning as I got into work, but brightened up to a warmish Sunny  8) afternoon.

It's pouring again but the damp patch on the new bungalow chimney breast doesn't seem to be growing.

The roofer discovered three broken tiles at the back of the chimney and replaced them with spares that I had. I think whoever fitted the satellite dish up there must have flipping big feet.  >:(

Misssed most of the rain yesterday morning and afternoon, but started to rain from 4ish onwards and still drizzling now.   :)

I'm not far from Oxford about 25 miles, we had a few short sharp showers overnight followed by a warm morning with sunny intervals.   As usually we are tiptoeing through the showers.  Skies very grey but still very little rain in this part of Gloucestershire.

Thought tennis may be cancelled because of rain, but by 10.15 am it was OK and played until 12 am.  All of us are retired and had a laugh, apart from when I slipped over and my leg sort of collapsed but wasn't hurt.  Nothing stops us old folks playing tennis, and it is outdoors but the courts dry up very quickly, and then the sun came out. Rain forecast for tomorrow and I wanted to have a bonfire at the allotment, but hopefully it will stop the fireworks from frightening me and the animals.

We did have sun this morning  :) but the clouds grew and then a thorough soaking all evening.... although I was too busy to keep a very close eye on the weather.

A great day although it would have been nicer if someone hadn't turned the light out quite so early. I had loads more to do!!!!
