The aluminium/polycarb one ? Certainly good value at £20.00. I paid £35 for the same from Homebase, and its lasting very well.

Al quite interested in the greenhouse tent, £15.00, but not sure how durable it will be.

The tunnel cloche, £3.49 is a complete waste of money, the plastic is very thin and just tears in light winds.

3 tier mini green house, £13,00 can be found cheaper elsewhere, Poundstreatcher had some at £10.00.

I never buy bulbs from places like Lidl, just don't know how they've been stored/looked after. and generally small flowers from the few that grow.

Not sure about the cordless branch cutter, £18.00, only 9.6v, ie lacking in grunt, but could be a usefull DIY castration kit, or an ideal presant for JRP for those tricky to remove fingers that do the crime.

yea i really fancy the aluminum/polycarbonate one - the greenhouse tent shouldn't be to bad - have a similar looking one thats a full size greenhouse and its lasted through out our winter and gales so far this year.
i bought one of the cloches last year and it ripped within days so agree on the waste of money

Um, is it me? I've looked on lidl website and they don't have anything like a coldframe, cloche or greenhouse??  ???

There are cold frames  but both are at £30.00

Got the greenhouse tent 2 years ago - left outside all year. Used extra tape to secure the posts and it is framed-in to stop it blowing away. The plastic is now starting to deteriorate. It has been great for growing carrots.

Anyone know what the rotavator would be like. I am seriously thinking of getting one but hope it is not rubbish. The deepth it digs to is 18 cms. what would that be like, any good?

I can use the electric from my friends house which is next to my allotment initially but intend to get a generator. Saw one at Netto not long ago and wasn't to expensive. I figured I could then get rid of my old tempremental petrol mower and use a lightweight flymo for the grass paths. I could also use it in my shed or for using all my other electric power tools. Does it sound like a good idea, or am I thinking ahead of myself?

A shed expresso maker, a beer cooler, TV, A4A on wireless internet, electric fan, party lighting ...

OH bought the electric chainsaw and whopped down 20 metres of privet to nothing but splinters in half a day - not usually a power tool kind of guy I usually have all the fun, quite disappointed to see destruction caused by someone else!. Anyhow, seems to have stood up to his wielding. Need to stop popping in and  buying seeds though ;D
