Advice please from all Karcher owners!
I am thinking of investing in a Karcher pressure washer to deal with the paving in the garden. It is only a small area  and I am not sure which machine to get. Will I need an all singing and dancing expensive one or will a smaller and cheaper one do the trick?

If it is only for the paving and washing the car a cheap one will do, I got mine from Halfords not a karcher but I only paid about £30 for it and it does a good job for the amout of times it is used it is not worth spending a fortune on one.

Thanks, I will look around more at the small models and other makes, as I think I only will use it occasionally just to keep the paving stones clear.

Tin Shed,
Aldi do a pressure washer during the year. I know the products are of German origin but the 'innards' are k'archer. Got one & it's brill. Be patient & log on to their web site. Many good deals!
Eskimo Nel was a great Inuit.

Many thanks - I'm a great Aldi/Lidl fan so will keep my eyes peeled.

Hooray - a long awaited chance for a rant!!

Have you noticed how, given a water dispenser - of whatever type, for cleaning or disinfesting - everyone, but EVERYONE, wiggles the thing? Just can't let it be & do its job.

At a rough guess, I would say 15 secs/ft gives good cleaning. A wiggler may not, in fact, achieve anything however long he wiggles!!
