I dont normally bother with batch baking Tim, the clay oven will run for 6-8 hours on a fertiliser bag full of kindling. It takes about 90 -120 minutes to get up to temperature.

We will do a pizza or something and then either bread or biscuits and during the summer a roast joint and al forno.

As PW said........we only light ours when we have a group visiting, it does LOTS of pizzas and spuds.  ;)
