I found some ginger in morrisons, reduced to 35p for 5 pieces, three had 'bumpy' new shoots on so I planted them, bumps up, the rest I peeled and froze to use for cooking
last time I grew it in the poly border , it died off over winter, does it keep as a house plant over winter or does it die off each year ?
